What are the responsibilities of a trust beneficiary?

Estate Planning

There are not many responsibilities of a trusts beneficiary. The beneficiary is a person named within a trust who will receive benefits from it. A trustee is the one who handles much of the work to administer the provisions. When the trustee and beneficiary work together to meet the goals of the trust, that is when it works best.
