Ed Chun has over 25 years of experience in handling real property law with focus real property litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in disputes involving boundaries and easements, encroachments, purchase and sales contracts, options, non-disclosure issues, and landlord-tenant matters. He also has significant transactional experience handling tenant in common agreements, leases, and purchase and sales agreements. Ed’s practice includes the representation of individual homeowners, realtors, property managers, developers, and national corporations. He joined Penrose Chun & Gorman in 2012. Since joining the firm, his practice has expanded to include estate and trust litigation.

Ed has been practicing in Santa Cruz County since 1991. He has significant courtroom experience having tried over 70 jury trials and numerous bench trials to verdict or decision. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration. This experience provides Ed with the ability to give clients practical and 'real world' advice on how best to handle and resolve their cases.

Ed was awarded the prestigious Rolland K. Hall Award in 2024.

Ed was born and raised in New York City and is a lifelong Mets fan, which has given him the ability to handle all forms of adversity.
